This McDonald's Happens to be the closest to my house they usually do their job correct and have Ok customer service but this... one particular time about 3/4 weeks ago. We ordered 2 bigs macs and a 20 piece with a few drinks and 2 extra fries. I saw thetotal was 49$ and was a bit surprised but thought it must of been inflation or something mad. my order looked correct on thescreen but when i pulled up to the window they never asked me for a receipt.. i ended up getting 4 extra items i did not ordernor even say. i had no receipt to see the order either. Rude employees always up charging without asking, they think they are slick with the fast drive through, this is second time... they up charged me without asking; I can?t stand it when they have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. Brunette who works here, I call her the Oreo enforcer. Is rude and goes on power trips about Oreos and makes it her personal... vendetta to accost any customer who asks for an Oreo shake. Feels it's her personal mission in life to argue about it andbasically embarass the customer aka ME. No other McDonald's I've ever visited have I experienced this level of audacity andpetty rudeness except for here from the "Oreo enforcer" aka power tripping brunette making a big deal out of Oreo cookies.Everytime she makes it a point to put me through her antics and desire to shame me I'm going to be leaving a review.
