It's gotten slower over the past few months. Probably due to staffing or something. Plan ahead if you're going there for... breakfast. Expect 15 minutes in the drive thru. Also check your food before you get too far away. Read more
When you walk in, no one greets you. It's like your not even there. Then when you finally get to order it's like they don't want... to see you. When I got to my food, the English muffin was soggy and un-toasted. The bacon was soft and cool to the touch. Thecoffee was poured while it was brewing. Ordered a large coffee and had to add as much water to make it drinkable which the alsocooled the coffee to just barely warm. I am very saddend by a company the prides itself in being a people friendly restaurant.The employees obviously don't care. I hope someone in this particular store takes this to heart. Something always gets left out of my drive thru order, literally more often than not. And the wait time is long for no reason. ...
