Please have employees war name tags! I would love to name drop the fat lady in the lobby taking orders or shall I say being rude... as hell to customers. She acts like people are bothering her when asking for service. Poor kid who seemed new didnt knowanything so he had to keep asking her questions and she just did not care. Bring back the older lady that cared for customers. The lady tonight could not even take 2 orders in the drive-thru without... being overwhelmed and screwing up my simple order. Also, the sauce I asked for was not even in the bag, and I asked you twiceand you said yes the second time with an attitude. Guess what maybe I should have asked to check the attitude because you stillF'd up my order and no sauce included. You want $16 an hour, I would only pay you $2 an hour... So 3rd time here and nothinghas changed. When you ask for something not in the tacos or burritos and they still add it guess it's time to call lawyers andtake legal actions against this location.
