We enjoyed a late lunch as a family here. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was... good, it didn't live up to the hype that drew us to visit from out of state while checking out downtown. It's a place we mayvisit again, but for the cost the food didn't live up. The food was good no complaints but, when they gave us the table we were waiting for 14 minutes "already seated at the table"... without anyone attending us or any waiter helping us I think it's a long time, I think they forgot about us, later After thewaiter arrived we asked for the appetizers and our dishes at the same time so that the service would be faster but,,,, mmm no,they need to improve the costumer service, when we finished our appetizers the empty plates were on our table for almost 15minutes, after they brought us the dishes they forgot one of our dish and they asked us if they lost an order and I told themthat the ravioli were missing and they apologized and went to the kitchen and brought them quickly, I don't know if we wereunlucky but they have to be more careful and attentive to the tables. We decided to finally visit and were pleasantly surprised there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. We got to sit in the train... car and the service was amazing. Kenzie took care of us from start to finish and made sure our drinks were filled and bread wasnever gone. Our food was spectacular and the dessert even better - so good that I forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere wastruly relaxing and we never felt rushed. This restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very nice, big, and clean. We highlyrecommend this establishment to locals and visitors alike - they have something for everyone. Our first time. I had my nephews and niece, so I figured this place would be perfect. The service was superb. My waitress was... very patient while we waited for everyone to arrive and get dropped off. She even accommodated us with a larger seatingarea. Salad is offered before your meal, and ice cream afterwards. (Not an array, just three flavors-chocolate not included) TheSicilian Garlic Cheese bread was the only thing I enjoyed. The salad was subpar, which could be expected because it'scomplimentary. Maybe I'm not an expert on Italian Food, but my food was really bland. I ordered the Cheese and Spinach Ravioli,and I don't think salt would have made a difference. Like i said maybe, pasta should be bland???! Not sure. I asked the kids whoordered: -Kid's Spaghetti with marinara -Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine -Chicken Parmigiana. Each of them rated their meal -3 out of 5stars. I rated my meal - 2 which overall averaged out to an 2.75 - but with the beverages, waitstaff and service we rounded upto 3. ???? However, I didn't care for the atmosphere. My basketball star nephew, who had just played 2 games that day, won andwas dropped off at the restaurant- accidently left his backpack (containing his hoop shoes) behind. We later called and left mynumber should it turn up. We also stopped by before closing, to check with their lost and found, but no one had turned it in. Sonow, in the middle of his season and a game the next day- he's without his hoop shoes. (Size 13-Pink, GiannisAntetokounpo's) I'm trying not to wish ill on the person who took off with a 12 yr old's hoop shoes... Luckily for us- he didn'trealize this until after dinner later that evening, so it didn't ruin our entire day. ...
