Fun place to get icecream and sit outside.
Worst excuse for an ice cream shop ever. Very expensive and horrible dish preparation. The person making my half chocolate half... vanilla sundae was reading a recipe. Instead of marshmallow sauce she substituted dry stale marshmallows. There was supposed tobe hot fudge sauce? nada. $12.75 for this ?sundae? in a small round paper cup. Possibly the best chocolate milk shake I?ve had in 40 years. Start with excellent ice cream. Add only milk. Blend and serve.... Enjoy while you stroll down to Tahoe Vista recreation area or sip as you drive around Lake Tahoe. Small operation so go preparedto wait. Nice seating in the back under the tall pines. This is a small shop with fairly limited parking around the back of the shop, but its Lake Tahoe - parking is always limited.... The grass seating area provided shade and chill area to enjoy our sweet treats. All of the staff were very friendly, the priceswere fair, portions were decent size and the ice cream was delicious.
