Friendly staff. Quality of bagels just not there anymore. I remember the use to be full and fluffy. Not anymore.
We didn?t stop to eat but I got locked out my car this day and noticed them they had already closed for day so I didn?t bother... to knock. But a young man came out the back to throw trash away and saw me and my 1 year old twins trying to kill time untilsomeone came and helped. This boy took the time to let us in to an already closed bagel shop and the mom made sure we werecomfortable away from the summer heat outside. They gave my boys chocolate milk and waited with us till help came. I don?t caremuch if the foods good they have made a lasting impression on this mom by extending their hand and helping this mom out whenneeded the most. You don?t find people like that and I never go their names but I wanted to say thank you just thank you forbeing such great humans. Read more
Don?t expect their bagels to look anything like the pictures. The smallest most unappetizing bagel I have ever had. I ordered... the Asiago and it had three flecks of cheese. Don?t wait your time the service is also horrible. Read more
Usually there isn?t a complaint here, but today was a unbelievable. My bf and I went to Bruegger?s on Monroe st on 8/23/22 at... 7:25am. We ordered two bagel sandwiches and two coffees. Two nice ladies made our sandwiches, but the guy who checked us out andmade our coffees was unbelievable. He had very dirty hands and long fingernails with dirt and crust under them and thenproceeded without washing his hands, (he took payment of another customer before us) to make our coffee! Not even the worstpart, he pour our coffees into cups and before he put the lids on HE SNEEZED OVER OUR COFFEES!!!!!! Then proceeded to take hisbare dirty hands and press the lids on the coffee cups like nothing happened. Disgusted. Read more

This has by far been the best breakfast bagel I?ve ever had ! I stumbled upon the ?Catch of the Day? which I believe is bacon ,... guacamole, egg white , and tomato paste . But being that I?m vegan I removed the bacon and egg whites and just added lettuce &onions and it was to die for ! Such a burst of flavor in the tomato paste and the everything bagel blended everything alltogether so amazingly. Definitely recommend you guys try this out 10/10 . Read more
