Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and my boyfriend went in to pick it up today. He walks in and says hello to... the lady at the desk, she says "hi" and turns to have a conversation with her co-worker. After that convo is over, she faces himand he lets her know that he has a pickup order. She then turns around again and continues to have a conversation with thecoworker, not even acknowledging or asking the name of the order. Minutes go by and he is able to tell her my name and finallyget the order. My boyfriend is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever known, and he was so distraught that hecalled me immediately after he left the shop.
