Pretty disappointing that they wouldn?t honor a reward from the Chick-fil-A on W Tennessee Street. I?ve gone to other locations... in Tallahassee with the same situation and have not had any issues. Also, the restaurant was pretty dirty. Tables and floor hadcrumbs all over. Ice Cream cone was mediocre. I?ve had better experience at the West Tennessee Street locations as well as theone on Magnolia, so I would recommend those locations more. Read more

Bottom tier cfa. Food took 10 minutes to come out and we were the only ones in the store. All the employees move very slowly. I... asked for sauce and received just one of each and the lady who is also the manager rolled her eyes. None of the employees said?my pleasure?.
