This evening I ordered a meal and when it was delivered to me it was fine up until I opened my bag, my fries were not full and... they were cold and soggy like they had been sitting for a while, so Im sitting here with cold soggy fries and can?t eat them. I waited almost 15 minutes for a chicken biscuit and a cup of water. The chicken was smaller than the biscuit. The whole time I... was waiting, the employee standing on the outside at the window passing out food was laughing and talking to the employees onthe inside, instead of passing out the food. I was the 2nd car from the window for at least 5 minutes and the whole time, myfood was ready sitting on the outside of the window. Chick-fil-A, normally doesn't provide this type of service, I'm use to thisfrom other restaurants but not Chick-fil-A. I was very disappointed with the food and service. At some point, we have to stop blaming everything on inflation and call a spade a spade. A chicken breast, three grape tomatoes... and a third of an egg is worth $10 in no world. Especially when the price has gone up and the portions down. Then they couldn?tbe bothered to do anything with the breast.
