Literally been coming here for years and the new manager is awful! Apart from being out of nearly everything, they gave me HALF... scoop of rice? so I had to ask for another scoop! (In reference, the rice didn?t even cover the bottom of the bowl). Then, theysaid ?extra rice? and tried to charge me for it. I asked to speak to the manager and he had the audacity to open my bowl andinspect it. It was that moment I said you can keep it and waste the whole bowl if you?re gonna think you?re gonna charge me $15for a bowl with guac and chicken and ?extra rice? for a half scoop of rice. I?ve been here so often and I would say a very very small percentage of the time I will have a mistaken in my order. The... majority of the time however the food comes out perfect and I?m satisfied with the quality! Chipotle is a staple and thislocation is reliably consistent. If I could give a 0 I would. Probably the worst service I had all year and that's pretty bad because nowadays I get terrible... service all the time. It just seems like no one cares anymore about beinh nice and courteous to others. They only had one personworking the line with a long line waiting to be served, like from the counter to the entrance. A person who looked like themanager started giving excuses about why they only had one person serving, but she eventually moved to the line to serve andhelp out. They had no utensils out for customers to grab and go. And apparently asking for a fork will nearly get you assaultedby a female crew member. I have too much on the line to be hurt or go to jail over a fork. I don't ever see myself patronizingthis place again. Read more

I haven?t been to a Chipotle in years, and after this experience? it will be several years before I try again. The food was... cold. The chips were stale. The queso was congealed into more of a solid than a liquid ? it looked like thick gravy. There wereno napkins or utensils available. Portions were small. Every single table was covered with food scraps from previous guests, andtrash littered the floor. It was honestly bizarre.
