I paid extra for guacamole, queso and chips and got about 10 chips in the bag. I find it strange because I paid a decent amount... of money for these items. The queso left much to desire. The burritos we ordered taste like plastic and when ordering extra forsour cream, we received a minuscule amount. What a joke this place is. I've been to many Chipotle Mexican Restaurants. It's one of my favorite places to eat. However this location is one of the best... I've ever been to. The staff, from the cashier to the grill cook to the manager were all friendly, knowledgeable, and gave theutmost customer service. There's something different about this location. I can't put my finger on what it is, but whatever itis, it's super positive and it's showing in the staff, the restaraunt, and the food quality. 10 out of 10, highly recommend andmost definitely will be back. Employees have headphones in during work. The food isn?t seasoned. Always out of ingredients, most notably guac and white rice.... More expensive than your average chipotle. The worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. They also wouldn?t serve me 20 mins beforeclose. Read more

I arrived at approximately 12:35pm and I ordered a chicken bowl w/extra chicken, guacamole and side tortilla. Within minutes, I... informed the cashier that my chips were extremely stale. I was given another bag of chips. However, I returned at 1:45pm andasked to speak with a manager regarding my food. I explained to her that the chicken had no seasoning and was very dry. At thismoment, she refused to believe that I was not satisfied instead she blatantly stated that Chipotle chicken will never beunseasoned because it?s seasoned with salt. During this time, I asked for her name because she was not wearing a name badge norwas I going back and forth about being dissatisfied with my food. Instead of providing her name she handed me a business cardand stated to call the manager ?Kierra Hicks? because she doesn?t have to provide me her name. Then, she turns to speak loudlywith her associate about the situation while I?m standing there to receive a refund. Also, she did not know how to refund mymoney so she called someone on the phone to walk her through the process. So, I will definitely give Kierra a call because ofthe employee?s poor customer service and unprofessionalism. A brief description of the employee is, an African American woman,wearing braids or plaits, mid 20?s, short, and medium build. Above all, I hope that customer service improves at this particularlocation because at the end of the day employees represent Chipotle and as a customer I want great service. Read more
