I placed an order a full week in advance for fried chicken and pulled pork for 20 people, for a workplace luncheon. I decided... to call them the day before the order was to be picked up, just to be sure they were going to have the order ready. They toldme that they could not fulfill the order because they were "too busy" to make fried chicken and pulled pork, and offered meturkey or ham instead. The whole reason I ordered fried chicken and pulled pork is that I wanted something different than hamor turkey. I had to call them to find this out? When were they planning to tell me this?
