Don't know how this place has 4 stars, just went during their "slow hours" and still had a long wait. Got to the window and was... told was out of almond milk , even though we had already ordered. Guy working there was very unsanitary, used the same glovestouching everything else to grab donuts, with no napkin at all or napkins in the bag. Both workers looked confused and annoyedto be working. As owner of DODB Auto Detailing, we know how important it is to have great customer service. This Dunkin is hands down the BEST... in Tallahassee Florida. The order taker, Natalie, is the epitome of customer service excellence. Then to be met at the window toanother cashier who also give us above and beyond service... I didnt catch her name buut she was a young African American womanwith glasses and a vibrant smile. Overall, Our experience was 100/10 and we will be regulars for any and every of our coffeeneeds.
