We visited tonight on 11/26 at 8pm I appreciate the kind young gentlemen who provided excellent service to me, my husband, and... my brother and sister-in-law. We had such a great meal after traveling for so long. They could have easily been disgruntled atus coming in an hour before closing. Josh took our order and was nothing but smiles and kindness. The whole crew worked so hardon our orders. They were being friendly with the all the customers and provided excellent service. These young men took timeaway from their friends and family on a holiday to work and I hope the manager/owner of this establishment gives them goodpraise for their uplifting attitudes. Super slow took 30 min for 3 small sandwiches, if I could have gotten a refund I would have left.
How can you be out of onions and peppers, attitudes by employees were below par at best. Observed a worker drop a tray on the... floor, pick it up and prepare food on it. Disgusting, what an embarassment to the Firehouse chain and the emergency respondersthey represent. A lot of bad reviews on this store, and nothing changes. Just platitudes from Managers. Read more
