The food is the best fast food I know of, the wait staff seems super friendly BUT this morning I ordered a number 6 and an extra... sandwich, and when I got to the front I was given a number 2 with one sandwich. I pulled around to go in and ask them about it,and the doors were locked so you couldn't go in the lobby. I had to get back on line and wait twelve minutes to get a correctorder. Read more

Not sure how Hardee's in Tallahassee expects to stay open if the service is terrible and when ordering for delivery you just... have to risk the wrong order or not getting condiments because they don't have that feature available. Really terrible watchingall the places close in town bevause they can't keep up with the demand. Read more
Drive thru person was rude, the order was still incorrect even after reminding them of the error at the window due to reading my... recepit, and received a cold burger and a shriveled hot chicken sandwich after waiting for nearly 15 mins for my order... highlyunsatisfied. Last time I come to this location. I received OLD, RUBBER-LIKE patty. I spent money for that? Not only that, the employees act... like they don?t care at all.
