Food was seasoned good but cold . The waitress bought our food out separately a dish at a time before we received our eating... utensils. We had to ask for utensils. My coffee was never refilled andwe never received water even though we asked. I went tothe restroom and saw our waitress standing in the kitchen counting her tips. I still hadn't received my ham. I ordered my food on the IHOP app at 10:55, the emailed confirmation said it would be ready at 11:10, and I did not walk out... with my food until over half an hour later, at 11:41. The entire point of having online ordering is for the convenience ofpicking it up and leaving. I understand if it's busier than usual.
