This place has the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Upon arriving to the store, I tried to place my order inside... and the waitress was rude and said that she did NOT place orders inside and that it was only an order online thing and walkedaway. I placed my order immediately after and went to wait in my to the to parking spots as described and waited there for 45mins. After growing impatient, I go inside again where I?m greeted by the host and I told him that I was checking on my to goorder and he just stood and stared at me for a good minute and then just said oh okay and walked away as well. Then I asked himcould HE go check on my food, he then told me that I should wait in my car and it would be out any second. I asked would it beout soon and he promptly me to go to the side where we could ask someone there about my food. I went to the to go area side andthe waitress from earlier asked me did I have 4 things of food twice. I then had to wait another 10 minutes while they got metwo cups of ranch. The service was horrible I placed an order online I received a text and email that my food was ready. When I arrived I waited 10... min in the car because it was curbside pick up. Once I went in they told me they haven't had wings for weeks the manager wasrude and told me it's nothing he could do for me but give a refund and wait 3 days to receive my money back. Read more
