Great place to eat if you are in a rush, or can?t decide on lunch or quick bite. They have a little bit of everything, soups,... sandwiches, salads and pizza. The staff is super friendly, the place is clean and their portions are generous. I saw on anotherreview someone complaining about their pizza, that it only had ingredients in the middle with a large crust, to me that was aplus, it felt like I was in Italy. I am not posting in anger, but more in disappointment. Newk's used to be a great place to eat, but a while back I ordered to go... for lunch and when I arrived it was determined they gave my food to someone else, so I reordered only to discover they made myorder wrong. I called and let management know and they gave me a free salad for future use to make up for the wrong doing. Iorder today and they forgot some of the ingredients, along with sending the wrong salad dressing. Three strikes, you're out! Read more
Horrible,ordered two sandwiches one came totally wrong,said they would make it correct but never received the sandwich told them... I'd get my money back the second sandwich never came to table with it had to go ask for it took forever to get 1 sandwich whichI think they forgot about long story short never got sandwich and had to get my money refunded. Not that busy at all so had morethan enough time to make the sandwich and get the order out. Very disappointed have never had that happen before at anynewks.The staff never came to check on the table to see if we ever got served,terrible management,not clean either food all overthe floor and in the booth,bathroom dirty,no toilet paper,and just dirty.
