Popeyes location was very quick in service, attentive to our requests for sauces and was clean. They didn't have spicy chicken... strips, but the rest of the order was as expected. The fries at Popeyes clearly beat out any other fast food chains fries. Read more
Drive through line was over (20) cars long, so we decided to park and walk inside to order our lunch. Used restroom first which... had no paper and the floor was muddy & sticky. A bit unsettling since it wasn't a rainy day! Cashier & staff seemed overwhelmedby addressing patrons inside, as well as via the drive up window, yet they all moved @ a snails pace & didn't seem to have anydesire to expedite things! Placed our order of two simple sandwiches which took over (8) minutes to receive, & which were coldonce we were back in our car, which was parked right outside the front door. No condiments were located anywhere by the sodafountain. Went back inside & requested ketchup & was handed one-(1) packet. We requested a few more & were provided two-(2) morepackets, which were stuck to each other with dried ketchup from God knows where! Receipt was not affixed to the bag, nor was itprovided @ time of transaction. The sole napkin inside the food bag had clear imprints of someone else's greese drenched fingerson it and this was unsuable! Such a shame, as this location is close to our home. Rudest staff in town. Waited 25 mins in the drive thru only to be told "we ain't got chicken." A normal store would have just... closed, they instead were only serving a certain type of customer. Read more
The worst thing about this Popeyes is the wait. Order is always accurate and fresh, but sheesh even with a mobile order, it's... generally not ready until 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Otherwise Popeyes is always a fam fave. Read more

The chicken is always good. I placed the order online and when I got there one of the ladies was finishing packing an order and... putting on top of one tall counter. I ask for my order, gave the order number and the person asked the woman that was puttingtogether one order when I got there. I had to wait until they finished taken care of all people waiting in line and then, theydecided to give me the only order the woman was packing when I got there, like 15 minutes later. Read more
