Great greet and quote time! We ordered drinks...told out of strawberry lemonade...no biggie....then told everything that they... were out of including TOGO boxes... only giving them out for people who order togo food. I asked do they have togo bowls then...said not allowed to give them out! I explained i cant eat much because i recently had gastric sleeve and id like to take therest of my portion home. No accommodation...i ordered anyway since id just driven 5 hours from Atlanta. I ordered aL.I.T.(splash of cranberry instead of coke) entirely too sweet and tart. I asked was it premade...he said no..i said please tellthe bartender to check the sour mix. He brings back what was supposed to be remade....drink was fully pink(not a float ofcranberry like before)...he told me the bartender diluted my drink with water to calm it down!( that means.. you poured some ofmy drink out...alcohol down the drain...and then filled it up with water?) ...then my family watched about 8 parties walk outwith togo boxes and one with aluminum foil....I just left my food on the table. My wifes smoothered chicken was dry andmushrooms black from being burnt. My sever Mason was a sweetheart and did everything he could except get us boxes like the otherservers did. Mason told us something about a truck messed up and i told him... its not his fault..things happen and managementshouldve went and got what the store needed to function. We still paid and tipped. I've always been happy here. The steak was seasoned to perfection. Staff was attentive and polite.
We just love Texas Roadhouse ?? ??. We can enjoy the best steaks in Tallahassee, but our biggest problem we have, as you can... tell is our blooming onion. We eat so much of it, we have to carry our other food home, but we ain't mad at ya. The food andservice are amazing. Read more
