We went here to get three appliances that they didn't need. It was mid morning and they were open. We had a difficult time... taking out this equipment. The (owner?) And the staff as well as the manager were some of the most kind people I have met at arestaurant in a LONG, long time. We had to move their things and they were very accommodating. We used some of their hoists andtools and it was not a problem. At the end when we had these appliances loaded, they offered us lunch. It was BBQ. Now I mustsay that I recently worked for a BBQ place off Hartsfield and though that food is great. This food was amazing also. The sauceswere so different. I bragged all the rest of the day about the "root beer BBQ sauce". I had it on the pulled pork. As they sayin NYC, it's "to die for". I recommend this place to anyone that eats meat or drinks good beer and wine. Amazing!! Read more

Stopped by mid-day on a Tuesday and was the only one, which surprised me because my pulled pork sandwich and potato salad were... excellent! I knew I liked the area 51 sauce from a previous experience but I also tried the rootbeer one, which is good if you enjoy sweeter sauces. It was just under 10 bucks and honestly, any lunch in town is going to cost you this much. Mine was tastyand filling. ETA: took my kids and ate in so I wanted to share the experience. Two kids had pulled pork sandwiches which theysaid were awesome. My oldest, a self-proclaimed sauce connoisseur, said the root beer one is the best. My brisket tacos were A+and as you can see in the photo (when I reheated one later) they put a lot in there! Indoor/outdoor space is comfy and was nothot or uncomfortable. I enjoyed that they have a variety of local beers on tap and lots to look at! Glad we went back. Read more

The sign said if my experience wasn?t great to let them know, but since my experience was poor because of the only two people... working, not sure I wanted to talk to them. I made my order at the counter the guy rang me up turned the card reader to me topay and he walked away leaving me alone to pay for my meal. The card reader prompted me for a tip, so I included the tip. Wentto the bar to get ice, which the bartender provided and then pointed me to the drinks, do it yourself style. That was prettymuch it for service aside from someone bringing the food to you. Everything is get it yourself. Who did I include a gratuityfor? The food is great, but unless you are ordering ?to-go? I don?t see the value. I know other will likely disagree with me,and that is fine. It is probably all my fault that I wasn?t satisfied with the service. Just providing my honest experience. 1st time & won't be my last. What an interesting place. My eyes were just as happy looking at everything as my taste buds were... enjoying the juicy pulled pork. The spicy mama is spicy but really good. So good I placed an order to take home. Wasdisappointed they were out of the black beans & rice, so I has the potatoe salad which was very bland even adding salt didn'thelp. No lemon either for my sweet tea. Thank goodness it wasn't very hot this afternoon so we were able to eat outside withoutmelting. Read more
