One of the best hidden gems and best steaks. My wife and I absolutely love coming here. We were so sad when the pandemic caused... them to close for so long. We went back for the first time last night and it was just as good as ever. We drove nearly an hourto get to the place that's how much we love it. Read more
Not bad for a small-town steakhouse. I ordered the catfish as I was wary of the "marinated" steaks (according to the reviews)... tasting like vinegar, but I tried a bite of my husband's filet and was pleasantly surprised. My catfish was good; boneless,flavorful and not overly greasy. The centrally-located salad bar is a little weird, between the shredded lettuce and theplacement of "toppings" (croutons, bacon) at the beginning; they need to place the bar against a wall where there's room tospread it out and not put the salad-goers on display. Our waitress was great; it's too bad if they only make money from tips asthe menu said. But we'll be back and I may even try a steak. Read more
I?ve never not been able to finish a filet mignon but it was that terrible. Taste like rubbery lighter fluid and cinnamon (I... ordered it medium). My wife couldn?t eat her grilled shrimp either. Prices were higher than more reputable and decentrestaurants. Put some beer on the menu and get ESPN on the wall and I might give it a second chance. Read more
We've been back twice since they reopened and wow! Their Ribeyes are soft as butter and their spicy grilled shrimp was off the... chain! Did I mention the rolls and their amazing salad bar? Friendly staff and it's in a beautiful location. Wonderful place! Read more
