I ordered take out last night on the vice of someone that has had the food, particularly the fish. I ordered the grilled fish... and it came with mushroom rice and bunon. I gave three stars because while the fish was seasoned and the meal was good. The fishwas not the size as seen in photos in other reviews, the fish was much smaller but the price was yet the same. Let's start with the good things, it looks very nice, it's clean, food is very good! The service sucks!!!! They are SLOW!!!! And... the order was wrong with missing item. I ordered a side of macaroni which never came and my husband ordered white rice and gotblack rice. Also we wanted lemonade they didn't make it yet, passion fruit juice and that wasn't made yet either, Ginger ale,they just ran out! The food takes forever to come! You would think they can offer bread, plantain chips or anything while youwait??? Nope, nothing. I want to support my west Indians, but they don't respect people's time or money. It's really sad. Walked in, no one at the front desk, so I took a menu to see what I'm going to order, a couple minutes later, someone came and I... Ordered dinner to go: chicken in creole sauce with white rice and black beans sauce. It took over 45 minutes for my food to comeout. Paid for my food and left. A previous customer asked me if I was charged a $1.95 gratuity fee, I noticed that I was andwent back inside & the manager said, it was for the service. I explained I got my food to go and what extra service did youdo, PLUS I waited almost an hour for my food. He said it was automatic and that was it. He wasn't budging. Took the food andleft because my dad was waiting in the car and he was hungry. Get home to realize my order was wrong. They gave me black riceinstead of white rice that I asked for. Amazing food and drinks! We ordered a ton of different food and it was all delicious. From the salmon, shrimp, snapper, and... fried goat to the rice and macaroni is was superb. We also tried their cocktails, the Lemon drop martini was my favorite. I?llbe back again. Read more

Well for me when I go to a restaurant I'm expecting good service. This place has amazing food but the service is horrible you... will be waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes for your food. They will apologize and blame it on the chef/cook . They have about twoto three servers for the whole restaurant . The servers are nice I've been here a few times and every single time they forgetsomething for my order. Not sure if it's because I've been waiting so long and they forgot . The restaurant is very nice andclean. And as I mentioned the food is amazing but if you don't want to be waiting so long for your food , may I suggest takeout. Read more
