Terrible!!! Burger was dry, fries were cold. Took 25 minutes to get my burger and fries. They weren?t even busy. They way the... crew members were doing their jobs can be summed up in one word. LAZY! Advise to the owner. Fire the entire crew and start overwith people who want to work. Read more

I ordered a burger and fries and it took 17 minutes from the moment of receipt to receiving my food. There was 1 person in front... of me who ordered a single meal. I am more familiar with the Carrollwood location which has a full menu. Ordered a breakfast burger. Egg was well done and burger... just tasted like salt. As much as it pains me I can not recommend. Do yourself a favor and select somewhere else. Verydisappointing. Read more

Well I clearly see why you have horrible reviews. I came here today and I had to tell the less than interested employee my... order with no onions 3 times. Unfortunately it still came with what seemed like extra onions. So I told the bearded guy and thesuper skinny young man that they clearly don't care and their response was laughter. It's clear neither of you were classvaledictorians, oops that may be to big of word for yall. However It was very clear yall were more concerned with what time youget off work verses there to earn a paycheck. As for the young lady with the extremely long hair although its very beautifulhair you should put it up in a Bun instead of swinging it all around the food. Then again it's not your fault this is all trulya lack of management.
