Three chicken soups were served to our table cold. One dinner order was never served at all. Soup was excessively peppery.... Overall experience today was very unimpressive. This restaurant usually does better. Read more
The main reason we come was for the calamari (witch is typically good at Carrabba's) and it was fried to a crisp and not in a... good way.... sent it back and the second time it over fried again... as if we did not learn a lesson from the first two disheswe got some fried veggies instead.. and they where not good either. The Fry chef must have been having a bad night!.... on thepositive side, our waitress was nice and the bread stick tower was Good! Read more
Our server was very attentive and patient. The peach Sangria was refreshing and a good serving. The shrimp scampi, calamari, and... ceasar salad were very good as well. I ordered the grilled ribeye and was too full to eat by the time it came out lol. I didtaste it and it was yummy however the garlic mashed and broccoli were too salty. Overall, a good experience. Like many of the reviews you will read below, my order and others in my party were served food that was not hot. Mine turned out... to be hot on top and cold on the bottom. This is not the first time it has happened. I'm sorry but it detracts from thepleasure of going out to a restaurant. Who wants to pay hard earned money for food that is cold. I will say that the servers arevery good. The management, however, needs to address these issues because honestly I feel that in the past few years the qualityof Carrabba's overall has declined. i'm sure this review will receive a response from management that says the standard thingabout how they want me to express my concerns to some corporate website.
