I am a DoorDash delivery driver part time. Today 11/9/22 I was picking up an order. I am aware that a CATEGORY 1 hurricane is... hitting MIAMI in the next few days. Most restaurants, shops, and grocery stores were operating as normal. The doors were locked,employees were ignoring all delivery drivers. When you finally get their attention they are making some weird hand gestures,and making passive aggressive comments. This store has been having issues EVERY TIME I come in. Waiting upwards of 15 minutesfor FAST FOOD should not be and is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Get a better system and do better! PDQ does 10x better in every way. Read more

I went to Chick-fil-A to get a nice, happy, Christmas treat. I nice Christmas treat was not what I recieved. A young man named... Jesus was working two lanes. He seemed very irritated and as if he did not want to be there. When Jesus finshed taking the carin front of me, he failed to communicate with me and walked away. I naturally assumed to just pull up and my order would betaken at the intercom/speaker. I paused and waited, but no one greeted me to take my order. Then out of nowhere, Jesus appearsand with a cold and condescending tone he asks, "How come you pulled up?" No "Hi ma'am, how are you?" No "Welcome toChick-Fil-A" No "Hi ma'am, what can I get for you?" Just a condescending cold "How come you pulled?" What an awful experience. Read more
