Between 3 and 4 stars. I eat at this location occasionally and it is usually pretty quick service and standard fair. The food is... served hot and tastes as expected. Tonight we found that the menu has changed so if you have a favorite it may not be thereanymore. Two for $20 has been replaced by 3 for me and the pricing varies by entre. I tried the cilantro-lime carne asada whichcame with black beans and rice. The steak was very chewy (had to spit out a few bites) and the seasoning was almostoverwhelming. The black beans and rice were delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband order the ?individual chicken fajitas?which may have been smaller portions than the old version but didn?t seem to be. They were the same as always except the castiron pan did not stay hot long enough to cook the vegetables so he had to eat a lot of raw onion. Luckily, he doesn?t mind sohis dinner was fine. For the appetizer we got the three dips for the chips not realizing that the salsa would be excluded. Theserver was kind and grabbed us a cup anyway. I ordered the chili for the first time ($1 up charge) and did not like it, VERYGREASY! The reason I am giving this review a 3 star rating was the service. We apparently went at peak time tonight (Friday at7:00) and the place was packed. We were offered the bar and when we declined the hostess went and cleaned a tiny booth. That wasfine. The wait was only about 10 minutes. Ordering? that took almost 30 minutes. Our waters were brought and then every othertable was checked and orders taken. I had to wave the server down to get our order in. The appetizers came out in about 15minutes and then the food was 10 minutes behind it (about 55 minutes after sitting). The server checked on us twice during themeal but never brought the drink that came with the combo. We were in Tampa with some friends ww came in they sat us down at a table right away. The service was excellent thecstaff was... really nice. The food was really good decent price. The decoration was good kind of rustic feel. We had a really good time. Read more
Food was delicious and visually appealing, only complaint was there was only one waitress and busboy working front of house no... hostess so waitress was overworked. Bad management, worrying about overhead instead of thinking about employees and quality ofservice. Sad to see a skeleton crew when their is over 10 tables seated, only reason I rated 4/5 for service is the staff didthe best with lack of manpower. As far as management 0/5, when a manager of a multi billion dollar franchise can't keep enoughstaff to properly run a store it's a reflection on their inability to manage and should be fired. If this is the case next timeI will contact corporate, I've been eating at Chili's over 2 decades and never seen this lack of service due to improperstaffing until this past year. Read more
They are a bit forgetful sometimes but the service is pretty good and the food is always very tasty!!
