Poor management - I?m not really sure what the point of online orders is if the workers all stand there and neglect the line of... people waiting for their online orders? Happens every time at this location it would have been faster for me just to wait in theline and not order online? after waiting 20 minutes and finally being rude and asking a worker to help we found about 10 orderssitting cold in the back?. ??????? I ordered a pickup order for 12:30 and got there right on the dot. Then I proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for my order. The... pickup line was longer than the actual made to order line. I?m in shock with how bad the service was. I could tell the workersfelt bad but honestly the system they had made no sense. they had one girl in the back making the orders for pickup and threegirls up front not helping. Do better. Read more
They took the rack away for online pick up orders, so now you have to stand in the front and wait for an employee to acknowledge... that your even there and ask for them to see if your order is ready. I only order online because I need to be able to pick it upquickly however its NEVER ready at the time its scheduled to be. The staff isn't very friendly, its almost like you'reinconveniencing them when you ask if they can check on your order. Read more

Not so good this time. The young lady behind the counter really didn't like her job and it showed on her face, in her attitude... and her demeanor as she prepared our food. It was clear that all she wanted to do was get rid of us so she could move on to thenext customer and then get rid of them! The death of customer service is forging ahead and Chipotle has joined themovement! We were there on a weekday for lunch, and the restaurant was not very busy and certainly not crowded; but there wereNO napkins in any of the dispensers, and ALL of the tables were dirty! When we (and several other customers) asked a young ladybehind the counter for napkins, she was visibly angry that we should even ask such a thing! Come On MANAGEMENT!!! Nonapkins...
