I was the only customer at the counter this morning and was unceremoniously passed to three different cashiers as they argued... among each other over who had to help me. The customer service is shockingly bad and it seemed like there was only one person inthe whole store who actually knew how to use the register. Great attitudes! I love coming to this Dunkin when my daughter is at the children?s hospital. I?ve been to this location a lot... this summer. Our drinks are always so good, and the employees I?ve been greeted by in the drive-thru act like they enjoy theirjobs. I leave there with a positive attitude. This store is doing things right!
