So bad!! The wings weren?t even cooked all the way. Maybe not everyone likes a crispy wing, however I would say most do, but... can we at least cook them so they aren?t chewy. Not even edible or with the time of calling to complain. Just won?t goback. You?d think a company running wings out of chili?s building would do okay, but no. Poor training, terrible cooks? The sauce flavors were amazing. The chicken however, is not. The chicken is overcooked and dry, hardly edible.
Update 2/8/22: I was contacted by the restaurant and the cost of my meal was refunded. As a result, I will give them another try... and review them again. Original review: This was NOT the experience I was hoping for. First of all, this is just Chili's, not aseparate wing restaurant. Secondly, my order was not correctly prepared. Third, after returning to the restaurant, I had to wait30 minutes for the correct order, with no compensation other than a lame apology. Hopefully this will not happen again.
