The other day my job made a big order from this place, they forgot to send all the food that we order, when we call them they... just hang up the first time, and the second time they start arguing that they give us all the food, we offer to take picturesand send it to them, long story short they agree to give us a refund. we understand that anyone can make a mistake and we hadnot problem with them because we understood it was probably a mistake but its how unprofessional the staff was and how long it?staking them to fix the problem. we have love their food for some time but it was a really bad experience, fast forward to now Ikeep calling and they keep telling someone it going to call me back and I still haven?t got the refund. Stopped by to pick up a Greek salad to take home after the Rays game.... Great service,very clean and they went above and beyond... for us to bring the salad back to citrus county packing a little ice pack for the bottom of the bag.
