Good place to eat for breakfast, my wife had a Cuban breakfast sandwich and I had a cheese steak omelette. We both had hash... browns and they were good. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more meat in my cheesesteak omelette and the onionsand peppers had been sauteed a little more. Comfort food with a slightly Greek slant. I tried their fish sandwich. It was delicious! Crispy coating around a moist tender... filet. It came with their homemade Mama?s Sauce, a pleasant change from tarter. The place is clean, wait staff friendly andservice quick. I saw a couple burger choices that look good. We decided to check out another local spot that has been here forever. It's called Mama's Kitchen on Florida Avenue near Busch... Blvd. All I can say is they nailed it! I got two scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and hash browns custom cooked the way I likethem, browned on both sides. It also came with four pieces of Texas toast. Mamas is nestled between two strip malls, so you might miss it unless you're looking for it. The service is great, and the food... is well-portioned and delicious. We started off with a couple of tasty $4 mimosas, and ordered skillets. I had the Greek, andthe other members of my party ordered the Momma's Special and the Southern Platter. I highly recommend this place and will bereturning on my next trip to Tampa. Read more
