My experience this time out of many good times and now this one was horrible. I got 2 pizza bowls the Philly bowls and 1 XL... deluxe pizza. Pizza was fine but the bowls looked nasty and burnt and it looks like someone ate half of the bowls so yea eachone of the bowls. I will not order from Marcos again. Read more
Usually this place is pretty good but after being hung up on I?m angry. I noticed the app said to call for a pickup order so I... did, and the lady who answered told me that they weren?t taking any more orders for the night. I was about to say okay and bye,but right after she said there were no orders being placed she hung up and didn?t give me the chance so say a single word. Icould?ve been a person to get mad and argue about them not taking orders and that?s probably why she immediately hung up butthat was terrible customer service. I?m giving 3 stars because the food is good and people are nice here but this lady blew mymind and it was unacceptable. Read more
The pizza was good and they made it fairly quickly. They have a few tables and chairs inside to wait for take out or eat there.... The 2 L. bottle of Dole strawberry lemonade was not good though. And their beer taps were not working. Read more
This pizza place is close to our neighborhood in the lake Magdalene community of Tampa. As a treat, my husband and I like to... order pizza once a week no help keep local business going and to indulge a little. The service has been heading down hillconsistently over the last mont with forgotten salad, over an hour and a half wait time, inaccurate tracking info saying thatthe pizza has been delivered when it wasn?t and when we call, the lackadaisical non concern of the people on the phone isdisrespectful. Despite the ?new way,? that stores are handling complaints, the pen is still mightier than the sword and word ofmouth spreads very fast. After calling and speaking with an individual named Garrett about the fact that our driver came anddelivered everything but the pizza, there was no sorry no sense of urgency and told me that it would be another 25 mins beforethe salad was delivered and all that he could do was offer a credit for a future order. There will be no future order from meand I?m pretty sure none of my neighbors will be ordering anymore either. I will be posting this to google as well and on mycommunity shopping page.
