Horrible customer service. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and when I received my order and left the forgot my bread... bowl . I had to go all the way back after waiting 30 minutes. The only thing they had to offer was a 2$ refund. Panera breadwill never have my service again ???????? Read more
please take your money elsewhere. for a place that is supposed to serve cafeteria, they cannot even get a simple sandwich... correct. whats more, is that when my mother order a simple grilled cheese, they WERE CLEANING THE OVEN W A DETERGENT SOLUTIONWITH HER SANDWICH IN THE OVEN. these workers simply lack common sense, not to mention they are always rude. they never offeredto remake the sandwich even though they could have poisoned her. ive never had a good experience @ this panera, + its horriblyunsanitary. if youre a fan of bad service, bad food, incorrect orders, and rude people, then pls go to this panera !! I ordered chocolate chip bagels online last night. Paid online. Got to the store this morning and was told this location doesn't... serve chocolate chip bagels. The "manager" told me that this and most Tampa location are "franchise" stores and do not servechocolate. chip bagels. I love Panera but this location has made me annoyed a few times. Employees are talking behind the counter while making the food... and getting distracted while working. Although it?s fine to talk while working, y?all need to learn how to multitask. The lasttime I was there they were chitchatting and my order took at least 20 mins and now today they got my sandwich wrong.
