I ordered through the app and then once I was in the drive-thru line, I added a 2nd order. I paid for both orders (1st through... the app & 2nd at the drive-thru window) however, they only gave me the online order. Also, they did not give me any receipts. Ididn't discover their error until I got home. I immediately tried to call the store to notify of the error but the line justrings and then disconnects. I tried 5 times with the same result. I'll be going back to the location to try to speak with themin person; however, as this is not the first time something like this has happened I'm leaving this review so others know tofully check their orders before leaving the drive-thru window. We have tried to order food here on two occasions in the last few months. The first time they were only serving Tacos, yes... tacos, and the second time they would only serve 5 items per car. I knew I had to order 7 items and asked if the next personcould come back through and order his, they refused and said absolutely not - 5 items per car . It is dead. I think it haspoor practices to keep the place easy to operate for the employees. I don't know if this is best for the business. Read more
The worst experience I?ve had at a Taco Bell thus far. I placed an online order around 8:10 am and arrived at the store around... 8:30 am. Pulled to the drive thru and no one answered, so I pulled up to the front and tried going inside the store which Ifound was locked. I then waited in my car and finally saw employees inside. One of them stood by the front door and stared at mefor a while then disappeared. I saw another employee walking around inside who did nothing as well. I called the store twice andno one answered although they were there. Looks like the employees want to work whenever they want. I didn?t get a refund rightaway of course. The Taco Bell on memorial highway in Tampa has no idea how the Bell should taste. The others from Tampa to Homosassa taste as... expected. This one, however, can't seem to get it right.
