This is my second time purchasing a cake with this shop and both times the cake looked as if it was made 30 minutes before pick... up? last picture is what I asked for, the remaining pictures is what I received. Very disappointed with the cake my wife requested. You have to prepay for the cake. Although we only requested one layer, it... looks nothing like the picture provided (3 layer cake below). When I attempted to discuss my dissatisfaction, all I got was itlooks the same and hung up the phone on me. They did not seem to care that I was not satisfied. The cake was also very dry. The quality has definitely slipped over the years and price continues to rise. Receipt is attached. Suggest you go to Publixor Don Pan for cakes. I have purchased my last one here. Read more
Such an amazing experience! When I called they went above and beyond to deliver a great bday gift for my best friends 40th bday... cupcakes.
