I went to Tree House yesterday (10/23/22) with 5 of my friends. We noticed a start and end time paper on table (start: 12:07pm,... end: 2:07pm). We planned to get the bottomless mimosas so we were worried that we wouldn?t get the full two hours. However, themenu stated the timer begins once the drinks hit the table. We got our drinks at 12:28. We had a great time and our waiter wasincredible. Around 2:07, our waiter came and said we had about 10 min left, we said okay and he got us one last round ofmimosas. We lost track of time and we weren?t told anything again until the hostess came at 2:25ish (which should?ve been ourreal end time) stating that we needed to get up immediately because they have another reservation and that we didn?t leave whenthey told us too. We attempted to explain that we didn?t purposely overstay our welcome, and she continued to argue that she wasthere when our waiter told us to leave (he did not tell us that). She continued that she wrote down the card herself so we hadto leave at 2:07, so we explained that we didn?t get our drinks at the start time. She argued back, and I brought up what themenu says about when the timer starts. She said the timer started at 12:07 to which I responded the menu should be changed. Mytable got up and decided to finish our last drink by the bar. One of my friends attempted to get the manager, but they wereunable to talk to us. The best part was that they didn?t even use our table, they took our table apart and only used our twoextra chairs for another table? there was a stack of chairs right by the bar? The hostess was so incredibly rude to us whichruined our brunch experience. The menu should be changed since she claims she starts the timer. Went for a couple drinks last night (Fri) and there wasn't much of a crowd. They played good music and the drinks were very... tasty even though the bartender was new (chupacabra & cucumber gimlet). She was friendly and we chatted with her almost theentire time. There were a couple of interesting incidents in the ladies restroom involving a very drunk girl and another girlwho was crying from a breakup. Outside of that it was a very chill night. I didnt give them a 5 because the last couple times Ivisited I received pretty bad service. Read more

It was an odd experience, was not expecting to have ?bathroom service? the girl from the bathroom that was supposed to take care... of us was on her phone all the time. Bathroom dirty on top of that. The decor is full of dust? the place hasn?t been cleaned ina good time. We saw the chef, he didn?t had his full uniform either ? The hostess and waitresses had inappropriate shorts, withheels and bruise marks ? the restaurant felt like I was walking to a strip club being honest. Never coming back.
