The worst customer service I have ever seen. I think everybody just got noticed that they have one week left to live they are so... depressed. I even asked the girl at the counter to smile, it's not all that bad and she looked at me and didn't crack a smile.There is no talking behind the counter and everybody looks like they're about to cry and the fries are cold and there is nothingon the condiment counter. I went there to buy lunch for me and few coworker, when I arrived the cashier was in the phone for about 9 minutes until the... manager told her to take order. The service was horrible, people acted with attitude like they were force to work there. I ask aquestion regarding my order and the lady roll her eyes. The manager was too friendly with the employees and she did not correctthem or apologize to the customer for the employee?s attitude. The people on drive true was very polite to the customer. I have tryed Wendy's new type of sandwich at this location more than once and more than once they have gave me a regular... sandwich with some new sauce and extre couple dollars to go with the new sauce. It's been more than twice they could have toldme they didn't have the ingredients to make the new sandwich instead of them making it there way to make the store extra moneyand don't forget that's there bonus as well and why not take extra money out of my pocket so they can get a couple more cents inthere bonus and I mean the managers bonus or is it the owners telling them to keep selling something they do t have. 1st impression as soon as I walked in no greeting or anything. The dining room was not cleaned. Employees were rude. The cashier... was nice but needs to wear a hair net or a hat. And all the ladies were not wearing a hat nor a hair net. Needs a lot ofemployments. Told the cashier for the double hamburger and instead she rings it up completely different. Read more

The WORST Customer Service in town. To make matters worse A MANAGER ? How is it that someone just tells you to hurry up I asked... to be heard and not rushed and this lady tells me she doesn?t have to take my order with an attitude. I?ve already contacted theBBB and apparently is not the 1st time someone calls about this location. They are making an investigation because they don?teven follow rules of hairnets or sanitation. Now that I look at the reviews most of them are 1 stars and the ones that aren?tclearly work for this location or are friends and family of such.
