We arrived and no one was at the front desk, no host at all. We waited for the lady to seat us, then we ordered our food. About... half way through our meal my son saw a huge ROACH under our table. When the waitress finally came over we told her it was aroach and all she said was, ?Oh Dang?? We will never come here again. First and last time. The wings were good, but the waitress did not inform us that every sauce u ask for is .99 we asked for a manager and she said... she was only supposed to charge for extra sauce. 10 wings no breading sauce on the side she asked me what kind I said honey BBQ,and sweet BBQ then she said do you want ranch I said yes. Now in the beginning I said we r new here how r the wings she saidthey r very good, she should have helped with the menu and said ranch or blue cheese comes with it if you order any other saucesit's extra instead she charged us for the blue cheese and the two barbecue sauce it was in the afternoon after lunch when wearrived this particular location staff was not as friendly their tables were not wiped down they were sticky and everybody wasstaring at us like we don't belong there when the manager came to the table we ask her about the sauces he said she charged withwrong and that she would correct that by giving us our money back on the sauces that we were charged or she would give us up to$10 in free appetizers we took the appetizers but we will not be going back to that one we just discovered that there is oneacross the street from Tyrone Mall in the little Plaza their prices are okay for 10 wings it was $16.99 and we ordered Fry's andto two sodas Read more
