I ordered with 2+ hours advance notice online. I called when the order had been in for "Quality Assurance" for over 1/2 hour... and hadn't changed. and the delivery was 15 minutes late at that point. When I called the store and was advised that my orderwas not even made and it would be at least 1.5 to 2-hours before it would be delivered. I verbally cancelled the order at thatpoint. Ordered online for pickup for a plain pizza and cheesy bread. so i go to pickup my order and im told to wait 15 minutes because... understandably they are understaffed like most places.
