Great experience. Good value charcuterie board and wonderful wine selection. Attentive and helpful service. True, you may have to exit the space to find a restroom, but we didn't find that to be a problem.

Great selection of wines and the charcuterie is really top notch! The location is not appealing and service could improve but if you?re in the plaza and looking for something besides green chili, check it out!

It took us awhile to find the restaurant but when we did find it. The customer service was great, super attentive and a very welcoming feeling. We even ended up chatting with some very good people who were sitting on another table where they gave us some great tips on what?s the area. Now for the price we paid to eat for two people was just amazing. That bottle of wine was amazing, the cheese and the meat quality. I would for sure recommended the spot if you are ever in Taos. Please make sure to go there for wine and cheese. Cheers, BN

My girlfriend and I stopped in here on Saturday, 2/12. We enjoyed a pick-six of the charcuterie, a few glasses of wine, the kielbasa appetizer and a decadent creme brulee to top it all of. The sommelier (and presumable owner) was so knowledgeable that it made the dining experience over the top. Listening to his knowledge and processes really opened us up to his world and we are so thankful. The chutney, cheeses, sauerkraut and capocollo stood out. Above all else though...man that duck leg. Duck confit was just about the tastiest thing we have had all week. Unbelievable thought and care at every turn and with each dish presented. We will be back, even if we have to drive from Denver just for a bite of the duck.

I'm not going to share with you how amazing this place was just so it doesn't get huge lines desperately waiting to get in. If you accidentally end up visiting it, don't even think of trying the warm olives or anything else from our once-in-a-life round bill, otherwise it might be hard for you to leave

Amazing cheese and meat selections to choose from. The kale salad was delicious, especially with the smoked trout. They have a well curated wine slection. The new owners really make the experience special.

The ratings are high for a reason. Great selection of wines at reasonable prices. Corkage fee was $15. The build your own charcuterie board was delicious -- we selected 3 meats and 3 cheeses -- all of them unique and amazing. Reasonable for what you get. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Do yourself a favor and have a date night at Parcht! We love tapas and wine, this place is perfect! We went for a snack around 2pm with our kids and enjoyed a board of prosciutto, salami, smoked ham, brie, parmesan and cheddar. We also got both the cold and hot olives, also delicious. The wife had a Rose and I had 4 monos. The service was excellent and friendly the food was fantastic. We loved their mustard! We asked to purchase some and they threw a jar in for free. We finished our meal and took our kids back to our RV then set out for more wine tastings and food at other restaurants. It was a joke, we went to 4 other restaurants within a few hundred feet of Parcht and they were all sub par either in service or cleanliness so we literally got up and left. We returned to Parcht again that evening and had such a great time talking, eating and drinking. For evening we had the trio pate, pears and honey with blue cheese. Omg the pickled fennel is unbelievably delicious! Can't say enough good things about Parcht! Go and enjoy one of the best place in Taos!
