Don't visit early.. Long line, one barista that is no way in any rush despite the long line. (15 minutes in line, 10 minute wait... for drink) With THS right here why not get more help in morning? Wow, the blonde manager is super rude. She was too busy yelling at an employee to get my drink right. I have mild nut and dairy... allergies so I politely asked her to remake it and apologized to her, but she seemed super annoyed...She remade it and gave methe exact same incorrect order. She seemed like she was more focused on taking her frustrations out on the employee then makingmy drink. After the third time of me clarifying my order, apologizing, and politely asking her to remake it, she took my drinkand started mumbling insults at ME. I was very nice to her and I understand that everyone is under increased stress lately,there was really no need to insult me... I hope she takes a vacation because she seemed very over-worked and stressed. I got arefund and will not be back due to this experience. Read more
To be clear this review is for Taos Starbucks in Smith's. 3 strikes you are out. Giggly baristas & drink made wrong... AGAIN...granted they are young but work is work. You could tell I was not the only customer bothered by their unprofessionalattitudes.
