While on a vacation primarily focused on the Santa Fe area we also took a trip up to Taos. We had little knowledge of the... restaurant scene here (and no expectations), but on the first night in town we were delighted by this place. This meal was something special. Every single dish was spectacular. The corn bread. The mushrooms. The bison ribeye was insane.... We?re from LA and have access to incredible food.
