Awesome customer service
After a funeral today 11 of us came into the Subway location, and I informed the lady working that I would be paying for... everyone's food.. and after everyone had finally gone through the line, she accused a 7 year old of stealing a bag of chipsbefore we even got the total.. she was completely snide and rude. And this was completely uncalled for considering how a7-year-old just grabbed a bag of chips with his food because he was hungry and I had informed her I would be paying the totaland had it yet paid the seven-year-old actually did not steal the chips nor was that his intention and it made him really upsetof being accused of doing so. These people have absolutely no tact I'll be spreading it all over the place and I am going to beboycotting this location because of her little remark today. The kid just lost his great Grandma for god sakes. Get in touchwith reality and try to dig way deep down inside of yourself to see if you can muster one ounce of compassion next time to thegeneral public. Read more
