We came here for years since 2015. Food was amazing! So was the service! We knew Our orders the to a tee! Slowly after 2019,... orders started getting messed up. Hey not a big deal, happens! Then service started going down hill. I don't know what happenedto the old staff but new staff started to be very rude! Experience We had previous before tonight was really bad, and We sworeWe would never go back! Well, speed forward to 2022, this evening We were in the the area and decided to give it a try again!Like I said we knew exactly what we were ordering. Decided to sit down, and eat instead of ordering togo because of issues inthe past. Should be simple right?! Walked in place was pretty empty on a Saturday evening. Lady was at the cash register takinga Togo order. No big deal We waited. After 5 minutes of not being greeted at all while she kept answering Togo orders. We justsat down our self. Place is not that big as it is.. Guy comes out of the back doesn't greet us either. lady continues to answermore Togo orders. Fast forward 20 mins later.. Guy out of the back out again doesn't even look over at us and cleans a dirtytable. We couldn't believe neither one of them couldn't at least say hello we will be with you one moment. As the lady is stilltaking snd picking up more Togo orders. We finally got up to leave and she finally says please hold. Says to us what's theproblem?! First time anyonebthere said anything to us is as we are leaving?! Needless to say this last time did it for us.Service is absolutely terrible! There isn?t a lot of asian food I enjoy in Florida, but this place is one of the few exceptions! It?s amazing, and the staff is... so friendly! The environment is very calm and welcoming! Would recommend! Read more
Always fresh and so delicious. Prepared as it should be. I get the Eel avocado sushi, clear onion soup, Eel sushi and Eel... sashimi.
