What a welcome change from the Panera in Georgia. We're vacationing in Tarpon Springs Florida and had a wonderful experience.... Firstly, it was so clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Read more
I want to say that the employees were very friendly and helpful which is refreshing. I do want to mention that the place was not... very clean and the glass drink dispensers were very dirty, the iced tea actually tasted terrible because the dispenser was sodirty. My husband was so excited to get breakfast we arrived at 10 am there was literally no one at the register and at least 5 people... in line ahead of us! For 10 min I saw the manager aka cashier make the food and finally go to register. She was incredibly madand had negative attitude, There was NO One working with her except a girl in back making bagels. Multiple.people.in line wewaited in line for 30 min and when we finally went to give our order they said sorry we can't serve breakfast after 10:30 !! Wewalked out. Will never go back to this Panera! Decided to grab a to go order from Panera last minute, so I went in my care bear pjs! As soon as I walked in, got nothing but... rude looks from Summer.. The entire time I was there, and it was great! People like her really help others grow their characterdevelopment! Everyone else was a delight! Especially the guy in the back, who when I asked for a little handful of butter, gaveme like 15! You?re the best! Panera food has really gone down hill and is so expensive. Basic meal for two people was $30! And the quality was just not... there.
