Good simple food. Slow service though so plan accordingly. I usually just order online and give it an extra 20 minutes because... they are rarely on time. You can order there and get your food faster than online orders because they seem to prioritize peoplewaiting. They do tend to work on orders where customers complain but I don?t like complaining so I?d rather order and give themextra time. The pitas aren?t homemade and they?re cold but for the price of the family meal, can?t complain. Their chickencomes with a crispy skin if it?s just off the rotisserie. Service was absolutely horrible. We placed an order for pick up at 5pm to be ready by 7pm. When I arrived at 7pm none of our... food had been prepared and no one had an explanation. My team and myself waited for two hours for our order to finally becompleted (keep in mind we had 100+ people to feed). Everyone waiting for their orders seemed to be experiencing the sameextremely long wait times. It was ridiculous! When we finally were able to speak with a manager (Jose) he showed no remorse andoffered no solutions but instead blamed us for their mistake. We will never order from here again. Read more
