Yo I?m usually hard on these restaurants but that rice was so bomb RESPECTFULLY. So u should really come here they got the best... food and that food gas. This is my third time using this place. Here are my observations: first and foremost every time I go in the lady in there is... either not wearing a mask or isn't covering her face properly. Second of all, as far as customer service, these people arehorrible i mean awful and so rude on the phone. I got the phone hung up on my face because I was checking on the status of myorder which took over two hours. Do not waste your time or money. Food is mediocre at the least & portions are week AF. A large oxtail plate they tell you over... the phone that it is enough for two, which is a lie. (IT'S A KIDS PLATE) You are guaranteed more bones than meat. As far asplantains go, you get one with your plate and they have the nerve to charge you a 1$ a plantain if you want extra! Oxtails haveno flavor you would think that they boiled them. Customer service is horrible they have children answering the phone while theparents take their breaks. Truthfully if you want good ethnic food it's worth the drive to brockton & hitting up Jeano's, FlavaJamaica, Only one jamaica, Vicente's, El Bochinche' or even supreme house of pizza if your sick of the run around. But for realsave your money and go to Walmart or Trucchi's to buy food to cook for yourself...As there's nothing better than a home cookedmeal! Read more
