So far been sitting in drive thru for the 7 mins!!! Then I get addressed as honey! One of the employees came out to give the guy... that waited at least that long his drink I asked employee is it going to take 10 minutes to get around to window and he saidprobably. I pulled out like I saw others doing after they mad their orders. I wouldn't go back here anytime soon if at all. Stopped in while visiting Detroit, Big Kenny was my cashier this evening, he was wearing a trainee badge & yet he was the most... helpful ?trainee? I?ve ever encountered. I told him what I needed and he made suggestions on how to order it more accurately. I was coming home from a long stressful working week and I wanted to stop and get something to eat before I went home so I... stopped to pickup something to eat and Arby's was on my way. The line was kinda long but it went pretty fast. So I ordered myfood and when I got to the window it was this young gentleman Brandon I believe that's his name that took my payment with a bigsmile on his face like he was happy about what he was doing and that he loved his job he was polite kind and he was doing whathe was supposed to do.
