Deer in the headlights would be the best thing to describe the employees at this location. I come in for an order that supposed... to be ready and I am told it?s gonna be 20 minutes. I come in to pick up an order and they simply told me they were out of something so they canceled it all instead of calling me to offer a substitution or to let me know before I came all the way up therethat they took it upon themselves to cancel my entire order? some days I get great customer service and somedays the girl thatwears the T-shirt that says not my problem definitely shows that she does not care about what is going on while she is at work?Sad. Used to be a decent establishment, but not anymore. Last time we went here, they told us they were OUT of pizza.. okay. Seems... odd you can be out of pizza when that's your main sale item. So we try them again tonight and this time, walked in, ignored,unattended to at the counter. Was asked on 4 seperate occasions what the order was again and when I was handed an order, itwasn't mine. Nobody had gloves or any protective wear on. The pizza was a mess and undercooked, plus not even cut through. Thebread came without butter and a couple flakes of parmesan on it, which also wasn't cut through. The employees here do not careto do their job and seem to prefer if they get no business. Nothing to complain about at this Little Caesars on Goddard Rd.in Taylor. The staff is friendly and I got my pizza within 7... minutes. Kudos to this store! The Little Caesars on West road and Telegraph needs to be like the Taylor store, because thatstore lacks everything! The staff is rude, you have to stand in line forever, and they're just so unprofessional. 8 out of 10times the store on Telegraph and West road has screwed up my order, or gave it to someone else. And I had to stand there andwait for another Pizza which is not my fault but I still had to pay for it! Read more
